A company specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of shut-off, regulating, reverse and safety industrial pipe fittings.

2003
LLC "RTMT" was founded in 2003. Since 2003 — sales representative of JSC "IKAR" Kurgan Pipeline Fittings Plant.
2005
In 2005 - creation of a separate division "Kurgan"
2007
In 2007, LLC "RTMT" organized a subsidiary company LLC "RTM Trade-Kurgan" (Kurgan), specializing in conducting foreign economic activity.
2008
Since 2008 – exclusive sales representative of CJSC "DKG- EAST" for the production of oil and gas equipment, Nagykanizha, Hungary in a number of Russian markets.
2009
Since 2009 – exclusive sales representative of the plant BSM Valves, Breda, Holland.
2010
In 2010 - acquisition of ownership of the production building in Kurgan. Introduction of the short designation of LLC "RTMT".

2011

In 2011, it was decided to organize its own production of pipeline fittings. RTMT LLC was registered on November 02, 2011 as a member of the Scientific and Industrial Association of Valve Builders (NPAA). Contracts were signed and high-performance equipment of leading companies was purchased: "TREVISAN" (Italy), "EMCO" (Austria), "DOOSAN" (South Korea).

2012
In 2012, serial production of pipeline fittings was established. The certificate of the quality management system (ISO 9001:2011) for the design and production of pipe fittings was obtained.
2013
In 2013 - certificates of certification and accreditation of the central factory laboratory (TSL) were obtained.Improving the efficiency of quality control at the enterprise: development of a control system based on 1C SCP traceability of manufacturing parts at all stages of production (barcode system). Adoption of a quality policy.
2014
In 2014 - expansion of the nomenclature and volume of production of fittings.
Inclusion in the "Register of equipment, the technical conditions of which comply with the technical requirements of Gazprom. Letter of OAO Gazprom No. 03/08/1-330 dated 29.01.2014 "On inclusion in the Register".
Two technical audits were conducted for compliance with the requirements of Rosneft and recommended as a supplier.
2015
In 2015 - production and testing of prototypes, preparation for serial production of relief spring safety valves (SPPC).
Deepening and expanding the functions of the quality system "Product uniqueness Control". A technical audit for compliance with the Unified Technical Requirements (ETT) was successfully conducted JSC "NK "Rosneft".
2016
In 2016 - expansion of technological capabilities of the enterprise. Conducting complex audits by representatives of Lukoil and Sibur companies.
Full implementation of the "Product Uniqueness Control" system (barcode system) at all stages of production.
2017
Passage and completion of the stages of entry into the register of suppliers of PJSC "Transneft".
Introduction of the full name of the limited liability company "RTMT".
Development of control valves.
2018
In 2018 - active replenishment of the machine park.
Passing technical audits of Gazprom Neft PJSC and Irkutsk Oil Company LLC.
The first deliveries of pipeline fittings to the divisions of PJSC "Transneft".
2019
Expansion by the factory laboratory of the areas of certification and accreditationby destructive and non-destructive testing methods.

2020
Purchase of new hydraulic and pneumatic testing equipment. Expansion of the park of machining machines.

2021
A new site for stripping products has been put into operation. An abrasive blasting complex and a paint-drying chamber have been put into operation.
Technical audits of PJSC "Novatek" and PJSC "Transneft", certification audit of PJSC "Gazprom" were carried out.
2022
Acquisition of a welding complex based on an industrial robot and the launch of a second optical emission spectrometer.
Passing technical audits of PJSC Gazprom Neft and PJSC NK Rosneft.
2023

Development

The main direction of development of RTMT LLC is the development and implementation of high-tech innovative products: shut-off, regulating, reverse and safety valves for the cryogenic, energy, food and medical industries. The company pays special attention to equipment for technological lines of natural gas liquefaction.
