Quality is our number one priority.

12november2015

Traditionally, every second Thursday in November, the "World Quality Day" is celebrated. At our company, quality is given top priority. Two years ago, in November 2013, a quality system called "Product Uniqueness Control" began to be implemented. It works on the basis of the 1C "UPP" program. Its implementation made it possible to organize the possibility of tracing the composition of materials, technological operations, performers and supervisors involved in the production of the product at all stages of its manufacture. Each product is assigned a unique barcode. As a result, we get an "electronic product passport".

The essence of the process:

- The materials entering the plant are accounted for in the warehouse not only by steel grades, but also by certificates and melting. The material cannot go into production until it is brought to the warehouse and all the necessary certificates are received.

- When forming the document "Task for production", an itinerary is drawn up, which indicates what needs to be done, what needs to be done, how much needs to be done.

- The process of forming the itinerary is one of the most important and responsible moments in the whole system. It is transferred from one technological operation to another together with a set of parts.

- The criteria for the formation of each itinerary are: one order, one certificate, one container, one shift;

after filling out the itinerary, it becomes clear where these products are located, who made them and when.

- After performing each technological operation, the OTC controller accepts the details and fills in the data on paper, takes the worker's signature and signs himself. Then it enters the data into the information database in electronic form. We have set up several computer control posts directly at the sites.

- When all the operations on the itinerary are completed, the OTC controller puts a personal seal in paper form, and a label in electronic form that the technological operations have been completed. Then the parts arrive at the finished parts warehouse, where they are stored in their own separate containers or pallets, according to the itinerary sheets.

Quality is our number one priority.

- Further, when forming the itinerary for the assembly of the product, both the composition of the product and the numbers of the itinerary of the parts from which this particular product will be assembled are entered into it. All parts are issued from the warehouse of finished parts.

- After assembling the product, acceptance tests and painting, it and its passport are marked with labels with barcodes and arrive at the finished product warehouse.

- By reading the barcode using the scanner, you can identify the product, view the full history of its production from the workpiece to the final result.

We have received 3 main results from the implementation of this system:

1). Increasing the responsibility of the performers of technological operations (personal signature).

2). Accounting of materials, metal, blanks. When manufacturing about 100 thousand parts per month, it is possible to track each unit.

3). Protection against counterfeit.

Thus, this system of measures guarantees the end user that RTMT valves have passed all the most difficult stages of verification, and their use will not lead to any emergency situations.
