Have you overcome your psychological barrier

It took less than 60 days for our designers, technologists and production workers to design and manufacture a batch of valves with a nominal pressure of PN 30.0 MPa (300 kgf/cm2), which is fundamental for us. Up to this point, we manufactured valves and made them well, with a pressure of no more than PN 25.0 MPa (250 kgf/cm2). We also manufacture valves of higher pressure, but there are no valves. At a pressure of 250 kgf / cm2, there are forged blanks plus a well-developed technology, and excellent quality at the output. But we need to move on and the OGK team under the leadership of chief designer Pavel Gladyshev developed a preliminary project in a short time, carried out calculations and prepared a set of technical documentation. The available equipment makes it easy to manufacture and test valves of much higher pressure, so there were no problems here. The other services also did not disappoint. Six valves DN 150, PN 30.0 MPa were manufactured, tested and delivered to the Customer in the required time.
