Ours in Surgut

On November 23-26, the V All-Russian Forum of Working Youth was held in Surgut. The objectives of the Forum are to increase the prestige of working professions and technical specialties among young people, the application of best practices in the formation of a corporate environment and motivation of young employees to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, the exchange of experience between young employees. From the Kurgan region there were representatives of JSC "Kurganmashzavod", JSC "Synthesis", CJSC "Kurganstalmost", JSC "NPO "Kurganpribor" and LLC "RTMT", as well as students of educational institutions. Here is what Ivan Moskvin, a direct participant of the Forum, an adjuster of CNC machines of the Separate Kurgan Subdivision of RTMT LLC, told: "The main purpose of this forum was training in one of the selected areas. Our team worked in the direction of: "Mentoring". From 8-00 to 22-00, we violently proposed, discussed what kind of mentor should be, as a result, each team put forward its own project on one of the problems found. In between the work on the sites, we visited the large enterprises of Surgut: Gazprom Transgaz Surgut LLC and Surgutneftegaz OJSC also had a bus tour of the city. Our delegation coped with all the tasks of the forum. It was a very useful experience for me, which will help my development in the future. I want to say a huge thank you to the management of RTMT for the opportunity to attend such events, it is an invaluable experience."
