According to the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

41 management teams defended projects within the framework of the methodological program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia "PRO CLUSTERS" in Omsk as part of the international forum"Cooperation without borders". The program participants envisage the creation of 47 industrial clusters. The program was implemented by the ANO DPO "Instituteof Knowledge Economics" with the support of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia. The aim of the program is to form professional management teamsin the regions to identify and analyze cooperative chains using the mechanism of industrial clusters.

The Kurgan Region with the Reinforcement Cluster project was represented by Igor Petrovich Enbaev, Director of the Kurgan Separate Division of RTMT LLC, and Alexey Pavlovich Cherepanov, Deputy Director of the Economic Development Department of the Kurgan Region, Head of the Industry and Transport Department.

The methodological program "PRO CLUSTERS" was developed on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian FederationDenis Manturov Federation in order to develop practical skills in identifying and implementing investment projects for import substitution of industrial productsand using state support tools for industrial clusters.
