The working Group is in the process

The second training module of the RTMT LLC team in the federal Labor Productivity project has been completed. We reviewed, disassembled and applied three programs to our own production: standardized operation, rapid changeover, and equipment efficiency analysis. Also, under the guidance of the main trainer, the production process of high-pressure wedge valves is currently being mapped. We are taking the first steps to implement the 5C system. Employees undergo e-trainings. And there is still a whole list of plans and aspirations ahead. Two of our internal trainers have been trained at the Moscow office of the FCC and are readyto take up the baton of further training of our employees.
