The annual open Karate Championship in memory of Viktor Evgenyevich Barankin was held in Kurgan on January 18. The awarding ceremony was traditionally attended by the head of the security service of RTMT LLC, retired colonel, former deputy commander of the Kurgan OMON A.K. Bortovsky.
