Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby give my consent to RTMT LLC (TIN: 7702508486, OGRN 1037739994874, Russia, 105064, Moscow, Staraya Basmannaya str., 12, building 5, office 6) to process my personal data (hereinafter referred to as PD), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On personal data", under the following conditions:

The list of personal data for which consent is given: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address.

Purposes of PD processing:

• registration and submission of an application on the Website in order to receive advice through feedback and further provision of services in the field of medical equipment sales;
• conclusion and execution of a civil contract with the Subject of personal data;
• sending messages, notifications, requests, responses, documents, and informational messages to the Subject of personal data;
• promotion of services on the market in the form of collecting reviews, comments and other ways;
• Website administration, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting, and data placement.

Actions with PD: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

PD processing method: stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.

The consent is valid for ten years or after receiving a request from the personal data subject to terminate processing/revoke consent, or from the moment the Operator ceases to operate.

The consent may be revoked by the PD subject (his representative) by sending a written application to the following email address: info@rtmt.ru
