Shut-off valves of the RTK 340 type with manual control are used for installation in pipelines with a working substance in the form of chlorine and chlorine-containing liquids. It is designed for installation in places where pipes are rotated by 900. Provides a reduction in the water resistance of the medium due to a single rotation of the flow.

Main technical characteristics of RTK 340

The angle valve is installed on pipelines, tanks, tanks for storage and transportation of chlorine-containing substances. The body parts are made of low-carbon manganese steel 20GL with a mass fraction of carbon in the volume of 0.15-0.25% and manganese 1.2-1.6%. The steel composition of 20GL provides high strength and ductility of products. The presence of silicon (up to 0.4%) increases the viscosity and strength of the material.

• The tightness of the shutter corresponds to class "A" according to the state standard 9544-2015.
• It can be used in temperate, cold climates outdoors under the influence of any precipitation, with heavy dust and wind gusts.
• It is recommended to place the products in the pipelines in the "spindle on top" position. This element is compacted by an oil seal with rings made of fluoroplast.
• It is connected to the pipeline by means of flange and coupling connections.
• The fittings are protected from atmospheric influences by a factory anti-corrosion coating for above-ground operation.

The valve plug is made of low-carbon steel 09G2S, which has high temperature resistance and increased mechanical strength.
